The Pattanathar Educational trust took its initiation in the year 1991. At present it runs many schools & Colleges and all in the limelight in the field of Education. Sivanthi College of Education was established in the year 2008 by Pattanathar Educational Trust and it is recognized by NCTE, affiliated to TNTEU and accredited ‘B’ Grade by NAAC.
The aim of establishing the college is to create quality teachers who can render valuable service in the nation building task.The trust has felt the needs and demands of the rural society and established Sivanthi College of Education in Kundrathur.
The campus has vast area with well built classrooms, well equipped Laboratories, Library, Seminar Hall, Conference Hall, Auditorium and playground and providing a very good environment for the students in their teaching and learning process.
The quality of education is updated as per the recommendations of UGC, NAAC & TNTEU then and there. The greenery around our college campus adds more beautifulness to our college and keeps the environment clean and green.
